Yes, all artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity, enclosed in a custom Froheyo envelope.

For unframed canvas prints, the certificate is shipped separately to ensure it remains in perfect condition.

As each artwork is made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds.

However, in case of a damaged or incorrect order, we offer a replacement after verification.

We offer a free replacement. Simply share clear photos of the issue, and our team will verify and arrange the next steps.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
