Each Froheyo artwork is prepared after your order is placed to ensure the highest quality and finish. Our process prioritizes careful production and secure handling at every stage.

Production Time

All artworks are made to order.

Production typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the format and size selected.

Delivery Timelines

India: Estimated delivery within 8–10 business days from order confirmation.

International: Estimated delivery within 12–16 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

Payment & Order Policy

All orders are processed on a prepaid basis.

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India.

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order details.

International shipments may be subject to customs or import duties, which are determined by the destination country and payable upon delivery.

Shipped in sturdy double-ply boxes with layered protective wrapping.

Canvas Prints (Unframed)

Carefully rolled and shipped in thick protective tubes.

Certificates

Only for canvas print (unframed) Shipped separately to maintain their condition.
