Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

As each artwork is prepared shortly after an order is placed, cancellations may not be possible beyond this window.


Returns & Replacement

Each Froheyo artwork is made to order with careful attention to detail and quality.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, if something is not right, we are here to make it right.

 

Replacement Eligibility

We offer a free replacement in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged artwork

  • You receive an incorrect item

 

How to Request a Replacement

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Share clear photos of the issue with us via email or WhatsApp (mentioned below)

  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

  3. If required, we will arrange a return pickup of the delivered artwork for further inspection

 

Replacement Process

Once the issue is verified:

  • The artwork will be reproduced

  • A new piece will be shipped to you at no additional cost

 

Important Notes

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The artwork should be unused and in its original condition

  • Replacement requests without valid proof may not be approved

  • The replacement will be issued for the same artwork, size, and format as originally ordered

 

No Refund Policy

As each artwork is made to order, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order is processed.
