Secure Packaging

Every order is packed using protective materials suited to its format and size to ensure safe transit. Our approach prioritizes safety first, and aesthetics second.

Gallery-wrapped and framed artworks are shipped in sturdy double-ply boxes with layered bubble protection, designed to prevent damage during handling and delivery.

Canvas prints are shipped in thick protective tubes, while their certificates are delivered separately to preserve their condition.

Easy Replacement

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a free replacement.

You’ll be required to share clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup for the artwork to be sent back to us for further inspection.

After verification, the same artwork will be reproduced and shipped to you.

As each artwork is made to order, refunds are not applicable.

Each format gets the frame color option in black, white, and brown, selected to complement the artwork.

Frame Style
Gallery wraps are paired with floating frames, while canvas prints use standard frames.

Floating frames are designed to create a subtle sense of depth, floating frames sit around the artwork, covering its sides while leaving space between the canvas and frame.

The standard frames work just like a regular frame for the canvas print.
